History:
The MVP School for Veterinary Professionals was created to meet a clear need: helping veterinary assistants take the next step to become credentialed technicians. In 2022, veterinary leaders saw that many talented professionals faced barriers that made traditional programs out of reach.
In 2023, a team of veterinary educators and credentialed technicians designed a curriculum that combines academic rigor with practical, hands-on experience. The result is a program built for working professionals, grounded in real clinical practice, and centered on compassionate, ethical care.
The School officially opened on October 1, 2024, welcoming its first students. From the start, our mission has been to expand opportunity, strengthen the veterinary workforce, and prepare graduates to make a lasting impact in the field.
What Makes Our School Unique:
- A team of dedicated, passionate, and expert veterinary professionals.
- A comprehensive mentorship program designed to guide students through their educational journey.
- A fully funded education, eliminating tuition fees, allowing students to immerse fully in their studies without financial distractions.
- Dynamic opportunities for students to both learn and serve by working directly with MVP clinics, ensuring hands-on experience.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to prepare highly skilled veterinary technicians who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and treatment for animals. We are committed to providing a comprehensive education that includes the latest advances in veterinary medicine, and hands-on training that emphasizes the importance of compassion, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Our program strives to produce graduates who will make meaningful contributions to the veterinary profession and the well-being of animals.

Truly an amazing staff here. Thank you for being absolutely wonderful from the time we walk into the time we walked out.

Such a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. And the facility is so clean and spacious. Nicest vet clinic I’ve ever seen

Our regular Vet couldn’t get our St Bernard in for an emergency because they were overbooked and short staffed They recommended Cleveland Rd Animal Hospital . I called , told them what I thought she had and they got us in right away (even though we had never been there before) . They confirmed what we thought was wrong and did an emergency surgery that day (which saved her life) ! Now Kota is resting at home and doing very well . Everyone that we dealt with was amazing , from the receptionist to the vet tech , to the Vet ! They called giving us updates throughout the day and called this morning to check and make sure Kota was doing OK. I don’t generally do reviews but they have earned it ! Thank you so much to Everyone at Cleveland Rd Animal Hospital , you folks are great !!

Because you’re all so wonderful, so kind, and thoughtful too — it wouldn’t to miss this chance to send warm thanks to you.

I am writing you this letter as a thank you from my family for the love and care you showed in December for our little Tuffy Joseph.

“My pets and I are always treated with professionalism and respect, from the office staff to the vet techs to the doctors. They always take adequate time to answer all of my questions and to clarify anything that is unclear.”
